Employee Spotlight - Kellie

1. Position at Pneutech:

   • Customer Service

2. How long have you been working with Pneutech?

   • About 2 months now.

3. Why did you choose to pursue a career in your field?

   • I ended up in customer service because I’ve always been a people person. I love having a chat and helping people out. If you read my school reports, you’d probably see plenty of comments about me talking too much!.

4. What has been your favourite project to work on at Pneutech?

   • Valve modifications! It's like solving a puzzle..

5. What aspect of your role do you enjoy the most?

   • The customers. I've spoken with a lot of great people, and I enjoy helping them out. Everyone has been really understanding while I've been learning, and it's been great getting to know them.

6. What tips or advice would you give someone starting a new job?

   • Ask lots of questions and don't be too hard on yourself. You're not expected to know everything straight away. Take notes, learn as much as you can, and your confidence will grow with experience.

7. What is one thing you can’t live without?

   • Just one?  I'd have to say coffee... but my husband, my two boys, and Keith the cat are a very close second! They're my whole world and what makes every day worthwhile.

8. What’s something that you’ve always wanted to try or learn?

   • Dancing! Unfortunately, I was born with two left feet. If there's a way to trip while standing still, I'll find it!

9. How would your best friend describe you?

   • Loyal, trustworthy, and the person she'd call at 3am to help hide a body... not ask questions, just bring a shovel!

10. If you could pick any superpower, what would it be and why?

    • Time Travel - I'd love the chance to see my parents again... and have a quiet word with my younger self about some of her life choices!
