The Series GRK Gripper provides exceptional grip force and moment load capability in a low profile design. High moment capability provides longer jaw tooling lengths and heavier part weight for maximum performance. High precision jaw movement is maintained over the entire life of the unit using an ultra rigid - wear compensating, jaw guidance system. The Series GRK Gripper combines precision and robust performance for the most demanding applications!

Advantages: Four sizes, with long and short jaw travels per each size, metric or imperial models, available with spring assist open or close as well as two-position teachable magnetic switches, quality construction for long life.

The Series EGRK Electric Gripper brings a new level of performance in electric powered gripping devices. The unit provides exceptional gripping force and moment capacities all in a simple “Plug and Grip” package. High precision jaw movement is maintained over the entire life of the unit using a patent pending, ultra rigid - wear compensating, jaw guidance system. The pre-programmed controller is optimized to operate the Gripper at maximum speed and grip force at any position within the jaw travel. PHD’s Series EGRK Electric Gripper combines performance, precision, and ease of use at an affordable package price!

PHD – Low Profile Series GRS Parallel Pneumatic Gripper

GRS Grippers feature an angled cam drive mechanism for achieving higher grip forces and incorporate a low profile design to fit limited space applications. Available with two jaw travels per size, the Series GRS Grippers provide adaptability to meet a wide variety of applications. Optional spring assist enhances maximum gripping force and provides part retention upon loss of air pressure.

Advantages: Low profile design, high grip forces, double acting for internal/external gripping applications, available in five sizes.

A SHURGRIP version is available for restraining jaw movement and retaining the part upon loss of air pressure. Available in four sizes with two jaw and body styles for maximum application versatility. High grip force to weight ratio for efficient use of space and power.

PHD – Series GRT Three Jaw Parallel Pneumatic Gripper

Three jaw design provides self-centering and maximum contact between part and jaw tooling making these grippers ideal for high moment applications. Jaw motion is true parallel and synchronous for easy design of jaw tooling. Units are fully field repairable.

Advantages: Very low profile, pneumatic service, eight sizes, high grip force, spring assist and switches.

PHD – Series GRL Parallel Pneumatic Gripper

Parallel motion is ideal for gripping parts of varying sizes while maintaining the parallel relationship of the jaws to the part. Unit is available in two sizes with grip force up to 41lb [182 N] at 87psi [6 bar].

PHD – Series GRF Parallel Pneumatic Gripper

Designed as an MRO drop-in replacement, Series GRF Grippers achieve higher grip forces and incorporate a low profile design to fit limited space applications. Units feature a fully enclosed, self-lubricating cam driver and jaw covers to prevent contamination and maintain optimum lubrication. Units are available in four sizes (19, 25, 28, & 32 mm) with a choice of one or two jaw travels per size. Series GRF Grippers provide superb adaptability to meet a wide variety of applications.

PHD – Series 190/191 Parallel Pneumatic Gripper

Compact size is ideal for handling small parts in confined areas. Units provide true parallel jaw travel with no arching motion for easy tooling design.

PHD – Series 5300 Parallel Pneumatic Gripper

Double-acting for either internal or external gripper applications. Oval piston construction provides high grip force to weight ratio. Close tolerance jaw mechanism eliminates jaw play.
